What do you do when the threads at the crank arm is spoiled? Here are the quick 3 steps to solve it (as far as the main chainring securing bolt is concern anyway):
Step 1 – identify where the problem was.
Step 2 – re-thread the threads with the M8 1.0 tool.
Step 3 – Screw the bolts back in and it should be just nice.
